Avocado Milkshakes - Simple Healthy
I love making health milkshake.
I really like this Avocado Milkshake recipe i found online.
It is super delicious and yet very healthy!
Avocado Milkshakes - Simple Healthy
Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
1/3 quart whole milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Put everything into the blender and blend well. Pour into nice tall glasses, and garnish with little whipped cream and a mint sprig.
